Triangle Process Equipment, a leader in meeting the process equipment needs of the pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and cosmetics industries, announced that it will merge with pharmOvate, an Atlanta-based provider of traditional and innovative product solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech applications. Triangle will also name pharmOvate owner Craig Hill as General Manager.
“This merger will considerably strengthen Triangle’s offerings by adding Techniserv Inc., Gemu and Metenova to our already impressive roster of top brands,” said Drew Schwartz, President and CEO of Triangle’s parent company Fluid Flow, which acquired pharmOvate. “In addition, Craig brings a belief in the importance of moving away from the vendor-supplier relationship to the business-partner relationship. This aligns perfectly with Triangle’s approach to providing customers with the best possible solutions to their processing challenges.”
